The MyIPO Training Management System is a comprehensive, competency-based LMS that provides learners with the necessary skills to perform their job and also defines the content for training.

How does it work?
The TMLMS consists of three main components: a competency model, a course catalog, and an LMS. The competency model defines what competencies are required in order to adopt certain roles. The course catalog shows how these competencies can be developed. And finally, the LMS tracks learner progress and educates managers on how training can be tracked from start to finish.
